7. Localization
The playbook content is universal. This chapter documents what changes based on local context -- legislation, ecosystem, tools, cultural practices.
Chapters 0 through 6 apply everywhere. This chapter is the only place where content differs by country: legal framework (GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA...), local vendors, tax and cultural conventions. Check the sheet for your country to adapt your installation, or contribute a new locale if yours is missing.

How to add a locale
Open an Issue with the new-locale label specifying:
- The locale code (e.g. de-DE)
- A summary of what is locally specific
- Whether you can write the first draft
